Korean Beef Ribs

  • Farm at Bald Hill beef short ribs

  • Salt

  • pepper

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 6 tablespoons Gochujang

  • garlic chili sauce to taste (1/4 to 1/2 cup)

  • 6 to 8 tablespoons of honey

Preheat oven to 350°. Season ribs with salt and pepper to taste and wrap in foil. Bake for 2.5-3 hours. While ribs are baking, mix sugar, vinegar, Gochujang, garlic chili sauce, and honey. Cook for 10 mins on medium high.

Remove ribs and drain juice from foil. Baste one side with sauce and cook under the broiler until caramelized about 10-15 mins. flip and repeat. Pair with jasmine rice and stir fried broccoli.
