Savory Brunch Pastry Ring

  • 1 lb pork pan sausage

  • 1 block of cream cheese

  • 1/8 cup chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 egg

  • 1 crescent roll

Preheat oven to 350. Cook the sausage over medium heat. When it’s almost done add in the rosemary and cream cheese until it all melts together. On a baking sheet unroll the crescent roll. Overlap with the base at the center with all tips pointing out. Put meat mixture in the middle and fold the dough points into the center. Brush with an egg wash. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until golden. Pour a mimosa and enjoy!
