Beef Stew

Season 3lbs of boneleess stew meat with salt pepper garlic powder and season salt

Brown stew meat, 1 lb at a time

After meat is brown, sauté a whole white onion

Add beef back in pot 1 lb at a time and cover each lb with flour. 

Cover with water an inch or more above the beef

Add 2 cans of rotel

Add 3-4 regular size spoon of Duget’s roux. 

Add Kitchen Bouquet to desired darkness 

Bring to a boil and then add 1 beef bouillon

Turn to low and cook for 3 hours. Adding water as needed.
