Bald Hill Beef Sliders

Our close friend, Catherine Manterola turned us on to these and we love em!

  • 2 lbs of our ground beef

  • 1 packet of onion soup mix

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup mustard

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup pickle juice

  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles (I prefer dill but your call)

  • Hawaiian Rolls

Preheat oven to 375. Mix the beef, soup mix, and egg in a medium sized bowl. Once fully mixed, transfer to a baking pan or dish and spread evenly (you can add cheese on top) and bake for 13-17 mins. While it’s cooking, mix together the mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles and pickle juice. Add more according to taste. Throw the buns into the oven for the last 3 minutes. Once the burgers are cooked to your liking cut into squares, put them on the buns, and top with sauce. Enjoy!
